Service and prices

Sendery is an online transactional email service. Current subscription prices, monthly allowances, and feature limits appear on the pricing page and are confirmed before payment. Enterprise pricing is set in a separate offer. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable tax and the final amount are shown before payment. Internet access and any card-issuer conversion fees are your responsibility.

Payment method and timing

Payment is by credit or debit card using the methods available at checkout. Subscription charges are collected at signup and monthly renewal. When automatic additional capacity is enabled, the saved payment method is charged for another block before sending beyond available capacity. Block sizes and rates are shown on the pricing page and in the accepted offer. Purchased blocks expire at the end of the current billing period.

Service availability and requirements

Paid access begins after payment confirmation. Sending also requires account and domain verification and completion of sending setup. Use a current browser and an internet connection; sending from your product requires an integration with the Sendery API. No physical goods are supplied.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel online in Billing & usage before the next renewal. Cancellation ends renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period, while additional automatic email purchases stop immediately. No routine refunds apply to unused subscription time or prepaid email blocks. Incorrect charges and mandatory legal remedies are excepted. Full details appear in the billing and cancellation terms.
